the day after i got my wisdom teeth out :)

so yesterday was a little rocky, but today i'm doing juuuust fiiiiine. which may be due to the fact that i learned from mr. mono to wake up an hour and a half before i was actually going to wake up to take pain meds... to make the real wake-up like floating on a happy little cloud.

so i was ready to go at 8:30 when boomerang woke me up :) even though i went to bed super late.

so i'm hooked on the office. i've been watching seasons one and three (one was cheap, three seemed more practical than buying two and three) off itunes and it's fantastic dry humor. except the boss on the office totally reminds me of a boss i had while waitressing awhile ago, which makes me cringe every once in awhile. he tried to give me a lot of unwarranted advice. and told a lot of bad jokes. nice guy, though.. good intentions.

the office is good career discernment, though. i don't want to work in... an office. although the whole office clothes thing may be fun?

so i got up, showered, and decided to learn to cook. my goal is to perfect shrimp and grits... and because we didn't have shrimp, i tried to perfect grits and sausage. i even made the grits from scratch and browned the sausage with garlic and onions and added tobasco and sugars and yeah.. it turned out pretty yummy. although i couldn't taste everything very well. i think my senses are a bit down... i clonked my head on a cabinet and it didn't hurt as much as it usually does. i probably shouldnt have been cooking, i suppose. oh well.

so sis is coming over and we're having a popsicle party. i'm going to go play with makeup.
